1. Healthfit offers goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14(2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.

2. All prices are displayed clearly and agreed upon before start of the service treatment. Healthfit will honor the agreed price with the customer at the time of booking.

3. We regret to say payment is by cash only (Singapore currency) and there is no refund.

4. There is no Good and Service Tax (GST) charge.

5. All price quoted and displayed price are net price.

6. Tipping is voluntary.

7. Healthfit management reserved the rights to change the price and services. We reserved the rights to terminate service treatment.

8. As part of our Service Guarantee, there will be no charge to customer if he1/she decided not to continue with our service treatment during the first 10 minutes. We do not charge customer for the service, drinks, massage cream, towels and opportunity cost. We want to satisfy customers and would appreciate customers to feedback.

9. After 10 minutes of service treatment, if customer decided not to continue with our service, the customer will have to pay 50 to 90 percent of the treatment fee depending on the duration of the service treatment rendered.

10.Customer can request change of service treatment subject to availability of the service, equipment and therapist’s agreement.

11. We take necessary precautions to safeguard client’s personal information (Privacy and Confidentiality). However, Healthfit Massage Therapy is not liable for any loss or damage from the use of the customer’s personal information.

12. Customer needs to provide passport number or NRIC, full name and nationality in the client form (Police requirements). First time customer will need to provide more details such as contact number and medical conditions.

13. Reservation will be cancelled if the customer did not turn up after 15 minutes of the reserved time slot. Please provide contact number, full name, timing and service treatment and number of guests for advance booking.

14.There are no illegal selling and immoral activities during treatment.

15. Customer must show proof of his/her birthday to enjoy the S$5.00 discount for at least one hour of body massage treatment or foot reflexology.

16. Healthfit will keep lost items for three months. After three months, unclaimed lost items will be donated to charity or disposed.

17. Please be mindful of others that want a peaceful and quiet environment during treatment.
